About us

Wellness Design & Device is a design and architecture studio of the Smart Age Tech group. We design villas, homes, beauty spaces and spas, and equip them.

Our story began in 2001 with spas and medical resorts. Over 25 years the team designed and launched more than 100 wellness projects in Russia, Europe, Cyprus, the UAE, Qatar, Africa and Bali, and managed its own medical resort. We know wellness from the operator’s side, and that knowledge is in every drawing we make.

Design with an operator's knowledge

Because the team has run a medical resort, it designs with day-to-day operation in mind: where the water goes, how much power the equipment needs, how a person moves from the changing room to the sauna and back.
