Renting or selling your apartment? We design a quick refresh: new finishes, lighting and furniture that your contractor completes in weeks, not months, to raise the rent or the sale price. Can a sauna fit in an apartment?
Yes. A compact infrared sauna runs from a standard 220 V socket and needs no special ventilation. We check the power and the floor load before we recommend a corner for it.
Is a quick refresh worth it before renting or selling?
A refreshed and well-styled apartment usually photographs better and shows better. We aim the budget at what affects the rent or the sale price, and skip work that does not.
