One planned space for heat, cold, water and recovery

In Optimum the equipment, the furniture, the light and the sound are designed together as one room. The design book gives your contractor the layout, materials and specification, so power, water, drainage and ventilation are prepared correctly the first time.

You can choose an infrared or a traditional sauna. Traditional saunas heat to higher temperatures and need a dedicated power line and ventilation, which a villa room can provide.

Frequently asked questions

Infrared or traditional sauna?

Infrared cabins heat at lower temperatures and need no special ventilation. Traditional saunas run hotter and need a dedicated power line and ventilation. We recommend one for your room and family.

What does my contractor need to prepare?

A dedicated power line, water supply, drainage and ventilation, built from our zone drawing.

Is installation included?

Yes. We deliver and install the equipment and furniture and hand the zone over ready to use.
