Architecture. Private residences
A private house is a long decision. Before anything is drawn we establish what the plot allows, what restrictions apply to it and how you actually want to live in the building.
You receive a complete architectural concept — volume, plans, façades, sections and landscaping — presented as a BIM model you can walk through on a laptop or a phone, and as final visualisations.

Brief development
- Collection of source data about the property
- Development of a brief that states the deliverables explicitly

02 / Stage 2
Development of the architectural concept
- Selection of references to define the stylistic direction of the future building
- Development of a working 3D model based on the brief
- Presentation of the working 3D model in BIM format, viewable on a computer or a smartphone
- Development of 3D visualisations in Lumion as preliminary working images
- Development of floor plans with furniture layout, façades and sections
- Sketch landscaping schemes for the site, with references
03 / Stage 3
Final presentation of the property
- Floor plans with furniture layout, incorporating the client's amendments
- Sections with level marks
- Façades with a specification and volumes of the recommended finishing materials
- Typical façade details
- Final 3D visualisations in 3ds Max and Corona
- External façade lighting scheme
- Landscaping scheme for the surrounding area
- Technical and economic indicators for the project
