Home Staging
Home staging is the fastest route from an empty or tired apartment to a listing that sells or lets. The work is deliberately light: no structural changes, no long approvals — we correct what is weak and furnish what is missing.

Preliminary stage
- Remote preliminary assessment of the investment required, based on the photo and video materials provided and on the location of the property
01 / Stage 1
Preparation
- A meeting at the property for a physical assessment of its condition, recording every weakness in its initial state
- Manual measured survey
- Photo and video recording, including of the existing defects
02 / Stage 2
Approval of the work plan and the budget
- Following the site visit, a work plan is drawn up around the scope for eliminating the existing defects at minimal cost
- Formation and approval of the budget, based on the client's requirements, market demand and the potential target audience
03 / Stage 3
Delivery
- 3D visualisation of the future space, generated with AI, to agree the stylistic direction in principle — or collages and moodboards (optional)
- Selection of furniture, décor and the other decorative elements required, and preparation of the final electronic estimate
- Support in obtaining access permits for the property, where these are required
- The full set of services for purchasing, receiving on site, filing claims and arranging exchanges, through to the final decoration of the property
04 / Stage 4
Handover and preparation for sale or letting
- Organisation of professional cleaning
- Preparation and supervision of a commercial photoshoot
- Organisation and supervision of a professional photoshoot (optional)
Important. The outcome of the work is a property ready to be sold or let, with photographs prepared for the listing, plus support through the sale or the letting of the property.
