Interior. Residential spaces

A residential design album is the document your contractors build from. Ours starts with a 3D scan of the property, so every plan sits on measured reality rather than on an assumption.

The album covers the full set of drawings — demolition and partitions, ceilings and lighting, plumbing and electrics, wall elevations, floor finishes and a material schedule in spreadsheet form.

  • 3D scanning and a measured survey of the property
  • Concept, layout and 3D visualisations
  • A full design album of working schemes
  • Bespoke furniture and joinery drawings
