Private Gym & Recovery Interior

Task

A gym and recovery interior inside a city residence, created for the people who live there: a place to train, recover and get ready for the day without leaving the building, within a compact 145 m².

What we value most is our time and our health. This space lets residents train, recover and prepare for something important without leaving home.

Design solution

We divided the space into a gym, a changing room with a shower, a treatment room for massage and body care, and a relaxation lounge. The gym was meant to follow the building's ultra-minimal metal look; we proposed contrast instead, to make it a place of rest and seclusion.

Italian porcelain stoneware, microcement in natural tones, onyx-effect surfaces, acoustic panels and timber form a calm, warm atmosphere, the same palette that works in a villa's private gym and recovery room.
